Commercial Visual Improvement ProgramThe Commercial Visual Improvement Program assists in upgrading commercial or industrial properties by offering a rebate for any qualified costs, up to a maximum of $50,000. Final authorization requires approval by the Las Vegas City Council. Eligibility
Types of Improvements Eligible for Reimbursement Work which qualifies for reimbursement includes improvements to the exterior of buildings such as: painting, cleaning, tuck pointing, facade repair/replacement, window repair/replacement, doorways, lighting, new signange, window tinting, replacement awnings, permanent landscaping, parking lots and rear access renovations.
