An expansion of Redevelopment Area 1 within Wards 3 and 5 is currently proposed. This expansion will allow the Redevelopment Agency to provide qualified owners/operators within these expanded areas with certain business incentives. As part of the continuing efforts by the city of Las Vegas to make parking more convenient, a new parking services office will provide a one-stop shop for parking-related issues. Virtual Tenant Space Offered at Las Vegas Business Development Center

Virtual tenant space is now being offered at the Urban Chamber of Commerce Business Development Center, sponsored by the Las Vegas Redevelopment Agency, to meet the needs of a proliferation of online and at-home businesses.
